Arkto is derived using the industry revolutionizing token standard which is ERC-404 . The significance of ERC 404 lies in its ability to introduce native fractionalization and liquidity to the NFT market. This not only opens up new avenues for asset management and trading but also fosters innovation and engagement within the digital asset ecosystem. By blending the advantages of ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens, ERC 404 sets the stage for a more inclusive and dynamic digital asset landscape.
As ERC-404 combines the best of fungible and non-fungible token standards, ERC-20 and ERC-721, respectively, our NFTs will never be illiquid like other NFTs. Holders can sell a part of their NFT to gain liquidity rather than selling the entire NFT. Using this token standard, our NFT holders can get liquid whenever they want without any hassle, thus solving all the complications of illiquid NFTs on Berachain.
We can create our own LP pools using this token standard, as ERC20 and ERC721 are integrated into it. There's no need to do extra things like ICOs to have your own project's token. For example, we can create LP pools from our NFTs themselves, pairing them with $BERA or any other currencies. We need no third-party entities to fractionalize our NFTs.
We will be applying a token tax which will be used to burn our own $ARKTO NFTs, as well as being used to bribe our own Liquidity Pools. These taxes make Arkto incredible efficient and deflationary and will ensure Deep Liquidity for the project.
Arkto will be introducing a brand new way of obtaining our NFTs into the Berachain ecosystem. We will be working with Beradrome to bribe our NFTs into Beradrome Gauges, driving the volume on our NFTs and making our Liquidity Pools stronger day by day.
